Picture Make-up day is tomorrow, December 1st.
Wear your Feinstein Sweatshirt on Thursday. Library is tomorrow. If your child read over Thanksgiving break, they are receiving a homework pass. This can be used for BOTH math and reading. Hopefully it will come in handy on a very busy night. Don't lose this pass!

These past two days we have been writing a persuasive writing piece trying to convince people to not eat turkey on Thanksgiving. As part of the assignment, students disguised their turkeys. Look at some of the creative ideas!! We joined Mrs. Bower's first grade class to create a symbolic bracelet. Read the poem to see what each color represents! In lieu of weekly charts, I sent home an optional reading challenge and a note about why I am thankful for your child. Enjoy the holiday! Since we have a short week next week, let's show some spirit... The Patriots play the Bills on Monday night, November 23rd. In support of the Patriots that day we will be having a red/white/blue or Patriots day! Our next Willett Community Meeting for students will take place next Tuesday, November 24th. Please make sure all students wear their Feinstein Junior Scholar sweatshirts to show spirit and leadership. I am so proud of Jack!!! He has been reading nonstop. Jack has over 100 points for Accelerated Reader!!!! WOW! |
